Energy The Group accelerated its transformation through the integration of Aster Chemicals and Energy (ACE), formerly Shell Energy & Chemicals Park, acquired in partnership with Glencore. This world-class refinery and petrochemical complex reinforce the Group's decarbonization pathway and long-term sustainability ambitions. The Group also expanded regionally through the acquisition of ExxonMobil's Esso-branded retail network in Singapore, underpinned by a USD 750 million bespoke financing solution by KKR. After the Conditional SPA signing in October 2025, the transaction was completed swiftly on 1 January 2026. The transaction advances the Group's strategy to build an integrated Southeast Asian energy platform. Chemicals The Group expanded its downstream portfolio with the acquisition of Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals, now rebranded as Aster Polymer Solutions (APS). The 400 KTA HDPE facility is immediately value-accretive and expands the Group's integrated marketing function across Southeast Asia, China, and Australia. Domestically, the approximately USD 800 million Chlor-Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) project reached more than 50% completion and remains on track for Q1 2027 start-up. The project is expected to strengthen Indonesia's industrial value chain, particularly in mining and alumina processing. Danantara and INA's USD 200 million participation in Chandra Asri Group's CA-EDC project underscores strategic support to strengthen Indonesia's downstream chemicals sector and reduce reliance on imports. Infrastructure Through PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group), the Chandra Asri Group strengthened its infrastructure platform, positioning it as a key growth engine across energy, water, ports & storage, and logistics, with several key milestones achieved. For the ports & storage pillar, Chandra Asri Group has secured a concession permit from the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation to scale up servicing external customers. In logistics, the fleet has grown to 14 gas and chemicals vessels and more than 200 trucks. At the same time, expansion of electricity and water capacity continues to support growing industrial demand.
