In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with M/s Centum Electronics Limited, a Bengaluru based Company on 08 Oct 2025.This MoU establishes a collaborative framework between GRSE & Centum Electronics which aimed at the joint research and development (R&D) of Advanced Naval Navigation Systems.The detailed disclosure in this regard along with the press release is enclosed.
