In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Reintjes GmbH, Hamelin, Germany. This MoU will facilitate a wide range of collaborative engagements, including integration of Reintjes GmbH s high-quality propulsion gear trains with selected engines for ships that would be built by the Shipyard.In this regard, the copy of the press release is enclosed.
