Benin City, Nigeria Notice of Board Meeting and Closed PeriodThis is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange) and the investing public pursuant to NGX's Rules that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Presco Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on 29 January 2026 by circularization to consider and approve the Company's Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2025.
Accordingly, a closed period to prevent all Insiders from trading in the shares of the Company commenced, 1st January 2026. The closed period will be lifted twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2025 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 have been submitted to The Exchange. Consequently all Insiders of the Company have been duly notified.
