These principles were based on the ownership as of July 30, 2025. Representatives have now been appointed for the Nomination Committee. Following contacts with the company's 20 largest shareholders as of July 30, 2025, PowerCell has concluded that three of these shareholders, Robert Bosch, Axon Partners and Per Ekdunge, have each requested to appoint a member of the company's Nomination Committee. Robert Bosch has appointed Uwe Zeise, Axon Partners has appointed Jesús Martínez Motilva and Per Ekdunge has appointed himself as their respective representatives on the Nomination Committee. The following individuals have been appointed to PowerCell's Nomination Committee according to the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting: Uwe Zeise (chairperson of the Nomination Committee), representing Robert Bosch Jesús Martínez Motilva, representing Axon Partners Group Investment Per Ekdunge, representing himself PowerCell's Annual General Meeting 2026 will take place in Gothenburg on May 5, 2026. Time and location will be announced in conjunction with the publication of the notice.
