(“Powder Mountain”) (TSX-V: PDM) announces that it has received notice that Daniel Tiberio, Chief Operating Officer of Powder Mountain, will be selling up to 50,000 Common Shares of Powder Mountain to facilitate settlement of matrimonial matters.

Following the sale, Mr. Tiberio will have an interest in 275,085 Common Shares. Mr. Tiberio has advised that the sale of these Common Shares will be conducted in an orderly manner in an effort to minimize any adverse impact on the market for the Common Shares of Powder Mountain Energy Ltd.
