The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at the offices of Peel Hunt, 7th floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT. An Extraordinary General Meeting, to consider proposed special resolutions, will be held at 9.30 a.m. (or, if later, immediately following the conclusion or adjournment of the AGM).
