Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Polson ltd (the Company), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, in view of the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
