Pioneer Bankcorp Inc. held its annual shareholder meeting on April 24th, 2025. At the meeting, President & CEO Andrew Couse reviewed the company’s recent performance, including the 2024 audited financial statements. After the review, the following individuals were elected to serve on the board of directors: Miller Couse, Marcus C. Soud, Earle E. Edwards III., Mary Elizabeth Carroll, Andrew J. Higginbotham, Karl E. Larsen, Thomas C. Perry, Jr., and Max Jaime Weisinger.
A total of 53.72% of the outstanding shares were represented at the meeting, either in person or by proxy. The company is pleased with the strong participation of its shareholders and appreciates their continued support.
