Appointment of Financial Advisor
As per the announcement on the 1stof October, where the Company notified the
market that it had decided to undertake a Strategic Review, the Company
indicated that the Board was close to finalising the appointment of a financial
advisor.
Petra has now appointed Questco Corporate Advisory ("Questco") to manage the
Strategic Review on its behalf. All parties interested in participating or
