Nuneaton and Bedworth Council has given the green light for 32 new homes to be delivered in Nuneaton as part of the next stage of a major development.
Persimmon Homes North Midlands will deliver a mix of 2 to 4-bedroom houses to suit all buyers as part of the third phase of their Eaton Place development. All will come with EV chargers and solar panels as standard, and families will enjoy new high-quality open spaces.
The local community will benefit from more than £778,000 in developer contributions towards local sports, education and libraries. The development will also deliver a minimum of 10% net biodiversity gain, with further tree planting, hedgerows and new habitat opportunities for local species.
Eaton Place will ultimately see more than 400 homes delivered for local buyers in Nuneaton, with more than £6.7 million expected to be delivered in investment to local infrastructure in total.
Rob Blaney, Land and Planning Director for Persimmon North Midlands, said: "We are delighted to have been given permission for the next stage of our development in Nuneaton.
"The scheme is set to deliver a range of homes for the local community and we're looking forward to getting started on this exciting new phase and welcoming buyers in the future."
