Suspension of trading in Pensum share BSE Release - Budapest, July 17, 2025 The Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. (hereinafter: Exchange) informs investors and market participants that by sending the Exchange its resolution no. H-JÉ-III-114/2025 dated July 17, 2025 the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (the central bank of Hungary; MNB) instructed the Exchange to suspend trading in the ordinary shares (ISIN: HU0000165675) of the issuer Pensum Group Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: HU-1066 Budapest, Mozsár utca.16.) from the beginning of trading hours on July 18, 2025. Based on the above-mentioned notification the Exchange suspended trading in the Exchange Product specified above as of on July 18, 2025 from the beginning of trading .
