Resumption of trading in Pensum share

The Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. (hereinafter: Exchange) informs investors and market participants that by sending the Exchange its resolution no. H-PJ-III-22/2025. dated October 15, 2025, the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (the Central Bank of Hungary; hereinafter: MNB) instructed the Exchange to resume trading in the ordinary shares (ISIN: HU0000165675) of the issuer Pensum Group Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: HU-1066 Budapest, Mozsár utca 16.) on the Exchange day of October 16, 2025, from the beginning of trading hours.
