This allotment is due to the conversion of 1,36,12,400 warrants to 3 allottees belonging to the ‘Non-Promoter, Public Category.’ The conversion occurred after adjusting the number of shares, paid-up value per share, and premium per share post the sub-division/split of the equity shares.
