The Group has improved all Q1 metrics and remains in line with the improvements achieved at end 2025. We are satisfied with the organizational decisions taken and remain focused on continuing this organic and external growth, without changing our long-term industrial vision".

At 31 March 2026, Pattern Group reported total revenue of € 27.6 million, up 19.3% versus € 23.1 million at 31 March 2025. The increase in revenue was driven by all three Hubs: Knitwear grew by 17.1%, Leather Goods posted a significant 46.6% increase, and Ready-To-Wear also delivered a positive performance, up 7.4% versus the same period of the prior year.
EBITDA at 31 March 2026 stood at € 2.1 million, versus an almost zero amount in first quarter 2025, highlighting a significant improvement in the Group's operating profitability. All three Hubs contributed to margin growth, with Leather Goods delivering a notably strong performance, shifting from negative EBITDA to EBITDA of € 1 million. The EBITDA Margin therefore stood at 7.8%, a clear improvement versus 0.1% at 31 March 2025, due to a positive volume effect, higher production efficiency, and the ongoing industrial rationalization process.
The net financial position stood at negative € 25.7 million, versus € 19.8 million at 31 December 2025. The change mainly reflects certain extraordinary transactions carried out during the quarter, including the purchase of SMT treasury shares from Camer and the repurchase of 1.08% of Idee Partners. Excluding these transactions, net debt would be substantially in line with the year-end 2025 figure. During the quarter, the Group confirmed its positive operating cash generation capacity, with cash used mainly by expenditure made and by the normal working capital trend at this time of year, as the new season begins.
The leverage ratio (NFP/EBITDA) improved versus the year-end figure, from 3.4 to 3.2 (EBITDA calculated over the last twelve months), despite the increase in the net financial position.***
