Kindly note That pursunat to Clause 4 of the schedule B to the SEBI (prohibition opf insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as in terms of of code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Desinated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, notice ios heteby given that the Trading window for dealing in secutietes of the Company shall remain closed with effect from wednesday, 01st july, 2026 till the end of 48 hourse after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quater ended on 30th june, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives.
