Intra-group share purchase and sale
PannErgy Plc. (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer" or "PannErgy") hereby informs capital market participants that PannErgy Geotermikus Erőművek Zrt., a wholly owned subsidiary of PannErgy, has sold 100% of its ownership interest in Szentlőrinci Geotermia Kft. to PannErgy. The transaction is effected in line with the simplification and restructuring of the PannErgy Group's organisational processes.
The transaction has no material impact on the Issuer's consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with EU IFRS.
