This is to inform you that the BOD meeting of this day at 02.30 pm is adjourned for want of some appraisals of financial matters from the Audit Committee. On this, the Board of Directors will resume its discussions for necessary approvals of the agenda items on Monday May 05, 2025 at 12.00 pm.
Consequently, the "Closed Period" is also extended till May 05, 2025 as required to be determined under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. No Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
