Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 15, 2026) - Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (TSXV: PEMC) ("Pacific Empire", "PEMC" or the "Company"), a British Columbia copper-gold explorer, announces that, further to its news release dated July 13, 2026, it has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") due to strong investor demand. The Company now intends to issue up to 36,000,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of C$0.045 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,620,000, up from the previously announced $1,355,000, with each Unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of C$0.07 for a period of three (3) years from the closing date of the Offering. All other terms of the Offering remain as previously disclosed.
The net proceeds from the sale of the Units will be used for the Company's 2026 drill campaign on its flagship Trident copper-gold-silver porphyry project and its Pinnacle project, and for general working capital purposes.
Closing of the Offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the closing date of the Offering in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
