(OTC: OWUV), a publicly traded company that invests in sports related businesses, distressed assets, business opportunities within emerging industries such as the Metaverse, and providing humanitarian efforts in over 185 countries, provides an update regarding the Bad Bunny Virtual Experiences.One World Universe, Inc. has filed a complaint for fraud against Maza Virtual Mall, LLC and all related parties.  While OWUV has tried amicably to resolve this matter, Maza Virtual Mall, LLC has not responded to our requests.  Upon OWUV’s receipt of an Entertainment/Artist Agreement purportedly signed by “Bad Bunny”, it was determined that Maza Virtual Mall, LLC has never represented Bad Bunny. “The OWUV management gave our utmost trust to our prior IR Directors to perform the due diligence of all deals brought forth for consideration.  However, management now believes that the allure of working with Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, aka “Bad Bunny”, that obtaining pertinent legal confirmation was overlooked”, stated Caren D.
