OTP Bank : Slovenian fund management company joins OTP Group

OTP Bank Plc. hereby informs capital market participants that based on the share purchase agreement concluded on 19 September 2025 regarding the purchase of 100% quota of Primorski skladi d.o.o., Koper ("Target Company"), having received the necessary regulatory approvals, the transaction has been financially completed on 20 May 2026. Under the transaction, OTP Alapkezelő Zrt. acquired a 75% stake, whereas OTP banka Slovenia acquired a 25% stake in the Target Company, which will continue to operate under the name OTP Skladi d.o.o.
