Extraordinary announcement Notification on the decrease of the proportion of treasury shares below the 5% threshold

OTP Bank Plc. hereby informs market participants that on 26 May 2026 the proportion of treasury shares held by the Company decreased below the 5% threshold as defined in Section 61 (3) of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.

As a result of the transaction triggering the threshold crossing, the number of treasury shares held by the Company amounted to 13,448,576, representing 4.80% of the Company's share capital.
