Notice Regarding Application for the Selection of the New "Prime Market" Category
As announced in the Notice Regarding the Compliance with the Criteria for Listing in the New Market Category (Prime Market) dated July 12, 2021, we received from the Tokyo Stock Exchange the notification that we comply with the listing maintenance criteria for the Prime Market as a result of the initial assessment of our conformity to the listing maintenance criteria for the new market segment that will be introduced in April 2022.
Based on this result, we hereby announce that we have decided to apply for the selection of the new "Prime Market" category at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today.
Going forward, according to the application schedule specified by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we will proceed with the prescribed procedures related to the application for the selection of a new market.
