we would like to inform you that, subsequent to the listing of the Company, the Company had already submitted its standalone and consolidated financial results, along with respective Auditor''s Reports, for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in both PDF and XBRL formats. in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements. further, the Company has, vide your email dated August 28th, 2026, been advised that the aforesaid financial results were also required to be submitted/uploaded under the "Result tab" on the designated platform. accordingly, upon receipt of the aforesaid communication, the Company has immediately proceeded to financial results under the "Results" tab in order to comply with the instructions communicated by the Exchange and to ensure complete adherence to the applicable disclosure and filing regulatory.
