Oneindig Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31st, 2026. As the company got listed on BSE SME Platform on 06th August, 2026, the above said results are being considered as required under Reg 33(3)(j) of SEBI (LODR) Regs,2015. As intimated in our letter dated August 13th, 2026 for the purpose as above and as per the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
