In compliance with the SEBI(PIT) Reg, 2015 and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all connected persons to whom the code is applicable, with effect from 14th August, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
