Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2018, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 18.07.2025 appointed Ms. Aanchal Jain as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f 18.07.2025 in the place of Mr. Lokesh Kanja Company Secretary who resigned from the position w.e.f 17.07.2025.
