In this connection we wish to inform that due to poor performance consequent on various poor marketing conditions of the industry "Greeting Cards and Wedding Cards, etc." to which our company belong and its consequences viz. uncertain times and difficult circumstances. Due to these reasons the financial position of the company has become very poor . We therefore find it difficult to pay the annual listing fees on time due to poor financial condition.
