1. The Board approved Appointment of Mr. Nagayasamy Rajkumar (DIN:00617000) as an Independent Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f 7.9.2026 subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM to be held on 7.9.2026.2. The Board approved continuation of Mr. Alagarsamy Uthandan (DIN:07847682) as Independent Director notwithstanding the fact that he will attain the age of 75 years on 16.07.2026 to hold the reminder of his approved second term upto June 9, 2031 subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM to be held on 7.9.2026.
