UPDATE ON THE CAPITAL INCREASE
Olidata S.p.A. (hereinafter also the "Company"), with reference to the press release issued by the same on June 11, 2020, relating to the postponement of the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements on December 31, 2019, pending the definition of the payment on the count of the capital increase by the entrepreneurDr. Antonio Di Murro, announces the failure to complete the transaction.
The Company is preparing to resume the negotiations temporarily set aside and regarding the convening of the meeting of the Administrative Body for the examination and approval of the aforementioned draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements, informs that it will provide, with a subsequent press release, to disclose the date established by updating the annual calendar of corporate events for the current year pursuant to art. 2.6.2, paragraph 1, lett. b), of the Regulations of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
