POSTPONEMENT FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON DECEMBER 31, 2019 - UPDATE OF THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS -
UPDATES ON THE CAPITAL INCREASE
Olidata S.p.A. (hereinafter also the "Company") announces that, with reference to the press release issued by the same on June 04, 2020, relating to the updating of the calendar of corporate events, in which it was represented, among other things, that the Board of Directors would meet today for the approval of the Company's draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements of the Olidata Group as of December 31, 2019, the same Board at this meeting deemed it appropriate to suspend the meeting and to postpone the approval of the Projects to a new date of the budget being examined.
This postponement is to allow the completion of the expression of interest received by the entrepreneur Dr. Antonio Di Murro in relation to the subscription of part of the capital increase approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of January 10, 2020. In this regard, the Company informs that it has taken steps, today, upon deposit of the title issued by Dr. Di Murro as a capital increase account, and that it will be necessary to wait for the technical bank time for the definition of the same.
The Company therefore updates the calendar of corporate events by providing for the continuation of the meeting of the Administrative Body in the current month, for the period from the 15th to the 19th with the agenda and examination and approval of the aforementioned draft financial statements.
The date established for the aforementioned corporate event will be communicated promptly.
In this regard, the update of the annual calendar of corporate events for the current year pursuant to art. 2.6.2, paragraph 1, lett. c), of the Regulations of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
