Oil and Gas Development : OGDC Secures Eight Offshore Blocks in Bid Round 2025

OGDC has secured eight offshore exploration blocks under the Offshore Bid Round 2025. The signing ceremony for Production Sharing Agreements (PSAs) and Exploration Licences (ELs) was held at the Ministry of Petroleum in Islamabad.

Under the bid round, OGDC received two blocks as Operator and six blocks as a joint venture partner with other exploration and production companies.

This achievement reflects OGDC's commitment to expanding offshore exploration and supporting Pakistan's energy sector.
