Each offer is conditional on shareholders passing resolutions at General Meetings on November 12, 2026.

Key details

  • The offers are of new ordinary shares of 10p each. The additional amount would come from over-allotment facilities, an option to accept more applications.

  • Under an offer agreement dated October 5, 2026, Maven Capital Partners UK LLP, the companies' investment manager, will receive a fee of up to 2.5% of the aggregate amount received from subscribers, for providing administration services and endeavouring to find subscribers.
