OCADO GROUP PLC 27 November 2025 Ocado Group plc Emma Lloyd Remuneration Arrangements on Retirement Emma Lloyd retired from the Board of Ocado Group plc (the " Company ") on 14 November 2025. Information in relation to Ms Lloyd's remuneration arrangements on retirement are set out below (provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006). Element of Remuneration Treatment Remuneration payments All outstanding fees will be paid in accordance with the terms of Emma Lloyd's letter of appointment. Payment for loss of office No payment for loss of office or other remuneration payment was made or is expected to be made. Share schemes At the time of retirement, Emma Lloyd did not participate in a Company share scheme.
