OCADO GROUP PLC (the "Issuer") Re: Delisting of Notes 3.875% Senior Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") ISIN: XS23G3G6G170 (Rule 144A) and XS23G37616G2 (Regulation S) Common Codes: 23G3G6G17 (Rule 144A) and 23G37616G (Regulation S)The Issuer wishes to announce that it has redeemed the Notes detailed above in full and therefore requested Euronext Dublin to remove the Notes from the Global Exchange Market with immediate effect.
