NSI publishes 2026 Half Year Results
NSI presents the results of H1 2026. The key highlights are:
- Noon (formerly Vitrum) redevelopment started; Well House development discontinued
- Announcing share buyback programme of up to 5% of outstanding shares
- Overall vacancy improving, progress slower than expected at Vivaldi II
- Full year EPRA EPS outlook adjusted downward
