NSI N nominates Anne de Jong for Chief Executive Officer

NSI N.V. today announces that the Supervisory Board has nominated Anne de Jong for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Management Board, effective 10 November 2026. The nomination will be submitted to an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (EGM), to be held on 9 November 2026.

Mr de Jong is an entrepreneurial real estate CEO with over 30 years of leadership experience across listed and institutional platforms in the Dutch commercial real estate market. He has a strong track record of combining strategic transformation with disciplined execution, operating at the intersection of capital markets, investment management, and asset management.

Between 2020 and 2026 he has lead Merin as CEO through a full portfolio and organizational transformation. Previously he served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and as member of the Management Board at NSI N.V. Between 2015 and 2020 he led NSI's comprehensive portfolio restructuring.

Prior to this, Mr de Jong held senior and executive positions at CBRE Global Investors, ING Real Estate Investment Management and MN Services N.V., gaining broad experience in managing real estate portfolios.

Subject to shareholder approval, Anne de Jong will be appointed for a four-year term commencing on 10 November 2026. From that date, NSI's Management Board will consist of Anne de Jong, Chief Executive Officer, and Elke Snijder, Chief Financial Officer.
