Notice of Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 13, 2025, NS Solutions Corporation (the Company) resolved to propose the agenda of partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation at the 45th ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 2025, as follows.

1. Purpose of the amendments

To amend Article 19 of our current Articles of Incorporation, we aim to further clarify the roles of the supervisory and executive functions under our current structure as a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee. By doing so, we seek to accelerate decision-making and strengthen our supervisory functions, thereby realizing "NSSOL 2030 Vision" and enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term through sustainable business growth.
