9 December 2025 Oxford Metrics plc ( Oxford Metrics or the Company )   Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) and a Person Closely Associated with them (PCA)   Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering was notified on 9 December 2025 that Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair and Ms Elaine Sullivan, a PCA of Mr Bullard, have together purchased, in aggregate, 275,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares ), at an average price of 43 pence per Share.   As a result of these trades, Mr Bullard holds 172,884 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital, while Ms Sullivan holds 165,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital.   Following the above trades, Mr Bullard and Ms Sullivan hold together, in aggregate, 337,884 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.   Full details of the transactions are set out below: ​ 1.
