15 January 2026 Oxford Metrics plc ( Oxford Metrics or the Company )   Grant of LTIP Award to Directors Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that on 14 January 2026, it has granted share options ( Options ) to its executive directors to acquire a total of 823,566 ordinary shares in the Company under the Oxford Metrics Long Term Incentive Plan ( LTIP ). The vesting of the Options is subject to the achievement of three-year performance targets.    Director Total number of shares over which options granted     Total number of shares under option held following this grant     Total number of shares under option held as % of issued share capital   Imogen O'Connor 483,818 2,049,700 1.78% Zoe Fox 339,748 1,587,180 1.38% The Options have an exercise price of 0.25 pence per share with a vesting date of 31 March 2029. The Options are subject to equally weighted performance targets measuring (i) the Company's relative total shareholder return for the period from 13 January 2026 to 31 March 2029 and (ii) compound annual growth in the Company's adjusted earnings per share for the three financial years beginning on 1 October 2025 and ending on 31 December 2028.
