9 March 2026 Oxford Metrics plc ( Oxford Metrics or the Company )   Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) and a Person Closely Associated with them (PCA) Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 6 March 2026 that Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair and Ms Elaine Sullivan, a Person Closely Associated ( PCA ) of Mr Bullard, have together purchased, in aggregate, 55,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares ), at an average price of 49.5 pence per Share. As a result of these trades, Mr Bullard holds 245,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital, while Ms Sullivan holds 185,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital. Following the above trades, Mr Bullard and Ms Sullivan hold together, in aggregate, 430,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
