Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the company created to provide seed capital
for early stage companies, has been notified that John Vergopoulos, a former
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold his entire interest in the
Company of 8 million shares on 27 April 2006, meaning he no longer has a
notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
