Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises(Nw.Foretaksregisteret), the Company's share capital amounts to NOK 31,501,528.50,divided into 630,030,570 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
Upon completion of the transaction, Benjamin Miklozek, together with relatedparties, holds directly and indirectly a total of 13,115,000 shares in theCompany.
