  London, 2 May 2025       Lion Finance Group PLC publishes its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025   Further to the publication on 15 April 2025 of Lion Finance Group PLC's (the " Company ") (LSE:BGEO) Annual Report and Accounts for financial year 2024, the Company has today posted or made available to shareholders the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the " Notice of AGM ") and the related Form of Proxy. The Notice of AGM and the Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website at  https://lionfinancegroup.uk/investor-information/shareholder-meetings/ .  The Annual Report and Accounts for financial year 2024 are also available at  https://lionfinancegroup.uk/annual-reports/latest-annual-report/ . Copies of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection shortly at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30 am (London time) on Monday, 16 June 2025, at the offices of Baker & McKenzie LLP, 280 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AG.
