The Annual Report 2024 is available on the Company's website at https://lionfinancegroup.uk . It will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . In compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2024. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 16 June 2025.
