Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA

Board member Daniel Skjeldam has informed the Board of Directors and Nomination
Committee of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA of his decision to resign today to accept
an executive position outside the company.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Skjeldam
for his contribution to Norwegian since his election in 2025. We wish him all
the best in his future endeavours," says Dag Mejdell, Chair of the Board of
Norwegian.
