Norse Atlantic ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norse Atlantic ASA (the
"Company") on 23 June 2026 regarding the final results of the rights issue and
bond conversion offer. Geveran Trading Ltd. ("Geveran") has been allocated
210,312,607 new shares in the rights issue and bond conversion offer. Following
completion, Geveran will own 210,312,607 shares in the Company, which represents
a total of 7.11% of the Company's shares once all new shares are issued (i.e.
based on 2,958,145,721 shares outstanding).

The disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-24(4) of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements in section 5-12 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
