with reference to above, the provisions of Reg 23(9) read with Reg 15(2) applicability criteria of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the company since the paid up share capital of the company is not exceeding ten Crores and the Net Worth of the Company is not exceeding twenty five crores as on the previous financial year ended 31.03.2024.
