With reference to the above the provisions of Reg 24A/24A(2) read with Reg 15(2) applicability criteria of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company since the paid up share capital of the company is not exceeding ten crores and net worth of the company is not exceeding twenty crores as on previous financial year ended 31.03.2024.
