Reference to regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 wherein a Company is required to submit to the Stock Exchange a disclosure of related party transactions on a half yearly basis on the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated financial results. In context to the above the company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulation as the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 906.00 Lakhs and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 371.99 Lakhs in negative, which does not exceed the prescribed limit of 10 Crores and Rs. 25 Crores, respectively, as on the last day of the Financial year March 31, 2024.
